POST MEETINGS:
The Stake Presidency would like to invite all wards and branches to plan for a ward or branch Mix & Mingle following the 2-hour block on the day of the Ward or Branch Conference, with light foods and beverages to allow the ward or branch members to meet and mingle with the stake leadership. This is optional at the discretion of the Ward or Branch Leadership.
Ward or Branch Conference Wrap-up meeting with the full Bishopric/Branch Presidency and Stake Presidency. We invite the High Councillor with responsibilities for the Ward or Branch to join us. This meeting will follow some time to give the leaders in this meeting an opportunity to partake of some food at the Mix & Mingle and socialize with the ward or branch members. Generally, the Stake Executive Secretary will begin to round up the leaders for this meeting part-way through the Mix & Mingle.
All Stake Auxiliary Presidencies leaders will hold training meetings with unit counterparts as necessary (Stake Leaders should inform Ward/Branch leaders ahead of time if they’d like to meet).
INTERVIEWS:
Due to time constraints, interviews will generally not be conducted on this date. But in certain circumstances, accommodations can be made.
For temple recommend interviews, Bishops / Branch Presidents, working with their Executive Secretaries, are encouraged to issue a new recommendation 60 to 90 days prior to expiry and invite the member to book an appointment through Brother Dennis Bailey, Stake Assistant Executive Secretary. He can be reached via email: dennisbailey100@gmail.com
Please direct any questions you may have about this outline to a member of the Stake Presidency. Also, contact the Stake President if there are any topics you would like addressed in the Sacrament talk.
